The position of Chief E&M, ECS, TVS and HVAC Expert is the key position in these BIDs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n ECS\/HVAC Design and Performance:<\/strong> Oversee the comprehensive design and integration of the Environmental Control System (ECS)<\/strong> and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)<\/strong> for all station buildings, depots, and administrative facilities. This includes ensuring thermal comfort, humidity control, and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS) Expertise:<\/strong> Lead the design, simulation (using tools like SES\/CFD), and implementation of the Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS)<\/strong>. This is crucial for life safety (smoke extraction)<\/strong> during fire events, heat removal from train friction\/braking, and maintaining air quality in the tunnel sections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n MEP and Building Services:<\/strong> Manage the design and execution of all general Mechanical and Electrical (E&M)<\/strong> services, which encompass lighting and illumination<\/strong> systems, low-voltage (LV) power distribution, emergency power (DG sets\/UPS), plumbing, and fire suppression systems across the project infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Vertical Transportation Systems:<\/strong> Direct the technical requirements and installation of Lifts and Escalators<\/strong> throughout the stations, focusing on passenger flow capacity, safety mechanisms, and reliability under heavy usage conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Integration and Interface Management:<\/strong> Ensure the seamless interface and control<\/strong> of all E&M, ECS, and TVS equipment with the Building Management System (BMS)<\/strong> and the main SCADA<\/strong> system, providing centralized monitoring and automated emergency response capabilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Testing, Commissioning, and Safety Assurance:<\/strong> Develop and approve all protocols for the Testing and Commissioning<\/strong> (T&C) of the integrated systems.
