**SYSTRA is engaged in preparation of Zonal Master Plans and Sub-zonal Tourism Master Plan for Eco Sensitive Zones listed in Cluster 4 of Madhya Pradesh.**

## Key features of the project

- Preparation of Zonal Master and Sub-Zonal Tourism Master Plans for Satpura 
  Tiger Reserve and Pench Tiger Reserve ranging the area from approximately 1100
   Sq.Kms and 800 Sq.Kms respectively​
- Preparation of Sub-Zonal Tourism Master Plan for the entire area
- Baseline assessment includes various parameters of Forest, Environment,
  Economy, Livelihood, Land cover, Tourism, demography and infrastructure​
- Landuse proposals as part of Zonal Master Plans creating balance between
  Development and Environment​
- Sub-Zonal tourism Master Plan includes environmental based activities,
  strengthen the existing tourism infrastructure facilities, identification of
  potential tourism spots and proposals for the same
  ​
- Policy based interventions​
- Budget, finance and implementation strategies​
