**SYSTRA India is proud to serve as the Project Support Consultant to the Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Government of Chhattisgarh. Leveraging our decade-long expertise in providing PSC services to state and urban local bodies, we are delivering integrated, GIS-driven planning support that aligns with the state’s vision for sustainable, equitable, and mobility-centric urban-rural growth.**

Our multidisciplinary team is actively engaged in end-to-end technical
assistance to strengthen the Directorate’s planning capabilities across
Chhattisgarh. The scope encompasses:

- **Preparation of Proposed Maps** – Development of proposed land-use and
development plans in line with statutory guidelines, followed by technical
presentations to the State Level Committee

- **Physical Survey** – Comprehensive ground-truthing and field investigations

- **Data Collection** – Multi-source primary and secondary data gathering on
land use, demographics, infrastructure, and socio-economic parameters

- **Traffic Survey** – Detailed traffic volume, origin-destination, and mobility
  pattern studies

- **Base Map Study** – High-accuracy base map preparation using latest surveying
  instruments and ArcGIS technology

## Key features of the project
