The Province of British Columbia’s Surrey Langley Skytrain (SLS) Project is a 16-km Advanced Light Rapid Transit (ALRT) elevated extension of the existing SkyTrain Expo Line with 8 new stations, 3 new transit exchanges, and 9 new Propulsion Power Substations (PPS). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will start from the existing terminus at King George Station in the City of Surrey, and extend through the Township of Langley, to a new terminus within the City of Langley (collectively, the \u201cThree Municipalities\u201d) at Langley City Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The budget for the SLS Project is $5.996 billion, which includes capital costs and active transportation investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SYSTRA IBT serves as the Prime Design Consultant, including overall design management and the completion of the structural design scope for the elevated guideway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
