information, bid schedule, &hellip;)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Analysis of RFP and production of a WBS<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Proposal of international production model to the Best-shoring partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Support the Best-shoring partners in the preparation of &ldquo;Top-Down cost estimate&rdquo; (prepared within TOP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Coordination with the production centres of the main bid assumptions:<\/span><\/li>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Scope gap analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Detailed RACI matrix between the production centres and the front-office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Inputs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Exclusions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Technical risk analysis and estimation of contingencies in input to the Leading BU<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Coordination, consolidation and optimisation of the back-office costing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Contribution to the preparation of Governance meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">In addition to tender activities, the technical coordinator at bid stage will contribute to transversal Best-shoring activities such as (not exhaustive):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Contribution and consolidation of a pipeline of international production opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Review of Best-shoring data in the Group CRM tool Cview<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Coordination of intercompany sales quarterly budget reviews<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Contribution to the preparation of internal meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">The perimeter covered all the international Business Units (BU).<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">The working language is English (Fluent expected).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Profil\/Comp\u00e9tences <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Required profile<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Education: Bac+5 in Engineering or Business School.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Number of years of experience: minimum between 5 and 8 years of experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Technical skills: Power BI;
