With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Senior QA\/QC -Raml Tram Project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\">&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Manages direct report QA \/ QC Engineers on a daily basis. Sets work schedule QA\/QC team for shift work and rest days. Performs quality control inspection duties related to construction Contractor work activities including, but not limited to the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Review submissions from the Contractor and prepare comments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Receives inspection notification from Contractor and ensures attendance as described in ITP<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Maintains frequent contact with contractor&rsquo;s quality control staff in performing their duties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Performs observation, surveillance activities on selected Contractor project field activities<span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">and field supervision operations.<span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">including health, safety and environmental controls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Prepares summary Site Observation Reports from direct reports reflecting observations, discussions and\/or significant events and liaises with Project Construction personnel for any significant quality matters.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>Maintains a daily diary and issues daily reports to the Quality Manager&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Issues Site Observation Reports (SOR) to Contractor as appropriate and ensures Site Discussion Register is maintained for the project<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Monitors progress for close out evidence of NCRs and surveillance findings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Discuss NCR and Quality Violation Notices (QVN) progress with Contractor and Quality Manager at regular workshops<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Monitors project safety programs, assuring Contractor adherence to its approved safety plans as well as contractual requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Witness planned inspections as notified by the Contractor (IR) and maintain photographic records and prepare written observation report with the inspection result.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Witness laboratory sampling and testing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Witness Material Inspetion and testing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Witness site inspections&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Ensure approved mateerias are procured, stored and used in the Works&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;color: black\">Provides reporting to Project field management organization of any deficiencies in Contractor compliance with approved plans and procedures, issues related to implementation of the work and other pertinent matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Recognize developing issues related to unsafe situations, ineffective quality management by Contractor personnel and work that is contractually non-compliant or contrary to approved plans or procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 0cm 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Maintains proactive relationship with Contractor&rsquo;s quality and supervisory staffs and Employer personel to facilitate any necessary corrective action by the Contractor in accordance with authorized procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 3.0pt 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif\">Experience on industry relevant projects for position, preferably with successive responsibility on large projects transportation or of continued industry training and education related to the work such as specifications quality standards related to the heavy construction, rail or transportation industry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li
