Ces op\u00e9rations exigent d\u2019importants investissements de la part des autorit\u00e9s de transport et des gestionnaires d\u2019infrastructures. Plusieurs solutions techniques s\u2019offrent \u00e0 eux : les voies ballast\u00e9es, qui constituent l\u2019essentiel des r\u00e9seaux ferr\u00e9s actuels, et les techniques classiques de voie sur dalle b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 celui de la construction de nouvelles lignes, tout en prenant en compte l\u2019enjeu environnemental, SYSTRA et STRADAL ont co-d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de voie sur dalle en b\u00e9ton bas carbone brevet\u00e9e, Slab Track. Cette solution innovante fabriqu\u00e9e en France et unique au monde pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages, tant en termes de conception et de pose que de maintenance. Elle offre un profil financier plus avantageux que les solutions techniques pr\u00e9sentes sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-conception-innovante-et-durable\">Une conception innovante et durable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Slab Track est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les lignes ferroviaires, dont les lignes \u00e0 grande vitesse, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de transport de voyageurs (TGV\/TER\/Intercit\u00e9s\/m\u00e9tro\/RER) ou de transport de marchandises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est la seule voie sur dalle con\u00e7ue avec une structure int\u00e9gralement pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 bas carbone, \u00e0 faible impact environnemental. Sa largeur de voie est r\u00e9duite (2,5 m\u00e8tres contre 4 m\u00e8tres pour une voie ballast) et aucune r\u00e9fection de plateforme n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire pr\u00e9alablement \u00e0 la pose de la voie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/image4-1024x359.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8756299\" style=\"width:572px;height:200px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9glage de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de voie, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la structure, permet de compenser les tassements de la plateforme jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 millim\u00e8tres. Les autres technologies de voie sur dalle ne disposent pas de cet atout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Slab Track est \u00e9galement une solution r\u00e9siliente aux risques climatiques et respectueuse de l\u2019environnement. La sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation de 10 centim\u00e8tres de la voie au-dessus de la plateforme autorise en effet le passage de l\u2019eau en cas d\u2019inondation, limite l\u2019ensablement des voies et permet le passage de la petite faune. Enfin, Slab Track pr\u00e9sente la m\u00eame perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 qu\u2019une voie ballast\u00e9e, ce qui \u00e9vite le redimensionnement des ouvrages hydrauliques existants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-pose-facile-et-economique-une-maintenance-reduite\">Une pose facile et \u00e9conomique, une maintenance r\u00e9duite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La pose de Slab Track ne n\u00e9cessite aucun produit de scellement des dalles et peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e par des moyens existants, notamment des portiques utilis\u00e9s en pose de voie ballast ainsi que des engins de chantiers, ce qui permet d\u2019optimiser le calendrier de pose et de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie.
