SYSTRA is a signature for transport solutions and aims to become one in the field of sustainable development too. This means mobilising all our staff who are on the front line in reducing our environmental footprint through our engineering activities.
We are convinced that sustainable development, in all its components, is a powerful driver for transformation within SYSTRA and that it must be anchored in everyone’s culture, from personal transport choices to the design and implementation of mobility solutions.
The Group has therefore invited its 7,500 employees to take part in internal digital conferences which will take place throughout the week, led by SYSTRA’s Group Sustainability Director alongside managers and experts from several countries in the Group, who will shed light on major trends and future challenges.
Three case studies will be presented, one on the possibilities and challenges of a low-carbon economy in Asia, another on how climate change is taken into account in our projects in Canada and finally on a concrete illustration of a voluntary sustainable development approach in France.
This Group-wide internal initiative reinforces SYSTRA’s commitment to contribute to greater sustainable mobility and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
