## SYSTRA’s innovation programme

**SPARK Challenge** is SYSTRA’s innovation programme that reveals and
accelerates our colleagues’ ideas to create impactful solutions in our
professions for our clients.

With its
**[Open SPARK Challenge](https://www.systra.com/en/open-spark-challenge/) **
version, we are expanding it to the startup ecosystem in order to integrate
market innovations and enrich our services.

## OUR INTRAPRENEURIAL PROGRAMME

The SPARK Challenge develops our culture of innovation and mobilises our
entities around concrete challenges.
**The programme develops the entrepreneurial skills of our colleagues, accelerates the transformation of their ideas**
into useful solutions and strengthens our ability to deliver products and
services which meet our clients’ needs as closely as possible.

## our Open innovation programme

Open SPARK Challenge is our
**open innovation programme for startups that want to collaborate, innovate, and transform our professions**
. Winners will receive support for a pilot project, assistance with commercial
development, integration into our internal platform, and increased visibility
within the SYSTRA Group.

managers, enabling smooth and efficient integration.

## An opportunity to learn and take action

Participate in SYSTRA’s innovation programme:

- For our colleagues, this means developing a project from start to finish in
  accelerated mode, supported by coaches and business experts, to transform an
  idea into a real project. Intrapreneurs are accompanied in designing and
  testing prototypes, benefit from mentoring by our internal experts, test with
  users, measure impact, and acquire key skills to facilitate adoption and then
  scaling up.
- For startups, the opportunity to collaborate with an international group to
  identify use cases, with access to business experts and a dedicated network to
  frame needs and propose tailored solutions.

SPARK Challenge contributes to the advancement of our technical knowledge and
the search for solutions to environmental and climate challenges by generating
concrete solutions that are now offered to our clients.
