Information Modelling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and, more
generally, the democratisation of the object approach in our businesses, it is

capable of hosting and managing the data needed to operate the intelligent
infrastructure.

These virtual assets will have their own patrimonial value, inseparable from the
value of the physical assets.

As a result, the performance of an intelligent asset will depend as much on the
quality of the physical asset and its virtual asset as on their connection.
