Mobility-as-a-service (MaaS)

To help manage mobility data for Lyon City Council, SYSTRA conducted a study into the development of a future Hypervisor.

The steady increase in the quantity of data, the multitude of formats and the difficulty in accessing resources have complicated the processing and analysis of multimodal traffic data (car, bike, public transport, etc.) throughout the Lyon area. Consequently, Lyon City Council looked into developing a Mobility Hypervisor: a unique tool for mobility data visualisation and analysis.

SYSTRA assisted Lyon City Council by proposing an approach that combined a user experience and value analysis. First, SYSTRA mapped existing solutions to design the architecture of the future data hypervisor. Based on the analysis, the ecosystem needed to develop the tool could be identified and the specifications and technological recommendations drawn up. Our digital teams developed the interface models of the solution for Lyon City Council.

SYSTRA’s work made it possible to frame the approach for the development of an innovative data analysis solution.
