SYSTRA strengthens its presence on the UK market with the acquisition of SIAS Transport Planners
SYSTRA has acquired SIAS Transport Planners, a company based in Edinburgh specialized in transport planning consultancy. This acquisition will enrich SYSTRA’s resources to enhance its presence on the UK market, a few months after the one of JMP Consultants.
This acquisition will broaden SYSTRA’s transport planning team, particularly in Scotland, and will further strengthen the company’s resource base and technical expertise in transport modelling and microsimulation, which will benefit clients throughout the UK. SIAS employs a 40-collaborator team, based in Edinburgh and Perth.
For SYSTRA Group, the acquisition of SIAS will contribute to get closer to the Scottish market and to reach our ambition: triple our revenue in Great Britain.
