# SYSTRA to supervise the construction of two new high speed lines in Egypt

Once complete, the EET, which will carry both passengers and freight, will
consist of three main lines (Blue, Red and Green) over a length of 2,000km.

The project aims to connect the three lines as a complete network with airports,
seaports, dry ports, and logistics areas.

### A prominent role for SYSTRA

Within the consortium, SYSTRA will integrate, ensure, monitor, co-ordinate,
follow-up and facilitate the execution of the overall project working with the
support of our local historical partners Arab Consulting Engineers (ACE) and
SHAKER Consultancy Group and act as Employer’s Representative to manage the
delivery of the Blue Line and the Red Line, a total of 1,325km and 39 stations,
in 48 months.

### Improving transport in a sustainable manner

The EET network represents a reliable, safe, and sustainable means of transport
for citizens/ourists and freight to all parts of the country. It will also
