# SYSTRA recertified for its anti-corruption management system

The international certification body Eurocompliance has renewed the ISO 37001
certification of the SYSTRA Group in its French and Indian subsidiaries and
extended it to its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Ireland, following an
audit of the anti-corruption management system.

The purpose of ISO 37001, published in 2016, is to “define requirements and
provide guidance for management systems to help organisations prevent, detect
and combat bribery and corruption, and to comply with anti-bribery laws and
their voluntary commitments applicable to their activities.”
