### A very broad scope of work

SYSTRA’s work aims to clarify what can be done with CPTM’s current
infrastructure, considering human resources, equipment, buildings, and services,
as well as new investment and solutions.

More specifically, the feasibility study will:

- Assess CPTM’s current ICT resources for Wi-Fi systems, ticketing, passenger
information, signalling, energy, SCADA\*, data centre and the entire operation
  control centre (OCC).
- Identify similar solutions adopted around the world.
- Qualify requirements, recommended hierarchy and ICT organisational structure
for the execution, operation and management of the project.
- Develop the impact assessment of the proposed solutions with environmental
  verification.

> This project serves as compelling evidence of the experience and expertise
> possessed by our teams in Brazil, enabling them to successfully undertake
> assignments demanding a sophisticated level of technological proficiency.
> Bruno Meireles Naves, Business Development Director, SYSTRA Brazil
