The Extramobile programme is structured around 4 new public transport lines (2
tramways and 2 Bus Rapid Transit lines) plus 2 maintenance and storage
facilities for the tramway lines, and a project management assignment for all
the operating systems common to the tramway and bus lines.

SYSTRA has been selected for the following project management contracts:

- **The Lille Tramway (TLC)**, awarded to the ÉTAMINE consortium, comprising
  SYSTRA (lead), Ingérop, Transitec, Gautier Conquet Puma, Richez\_Associés and
  Lavigne & Chéron;
- **The maintenance and storage facility for the TLC tramway**, for which SYSTRA
  is acting as technical/construction office, and as leader of the consortium
  with the L’Heude architectural firm;
- **The Lille – Villeneuve d’Ascq BRT (BLV)**, awarded to the ÉTAMINE
  consortium, comprising SYSTRA, Ingérop (leader), Transitec, Gautier Conquet
  Puma and Richez\_Associés;

Congratulations to the sales teams who have been working hard since mid-2023 to
ensure SYSTRA France’s success in the Extramobile programme. We are now involved
in 4 of the 7 project management contracts launched by the Lille European
Metropolis (MEL), 3 of which we are leading, which confirms the quality of our
responses and the confidence that the client has placed in us.

Éric de Balincourt, CEO of SYSTRA France

## Tramway for Lille and its suburbs: a project 100% managed by SYSTRA

The aim of the TLC tramway line is to bring about a change in mobility and to
better interconnect the communes of the metropolitan area. In this area, which
is undergoing major redevelopment, the tramway will be one of the vectors of
urban transformation, improving the quality of life and supporting economic
development, both in Lille-Concorde, Lille-Sud, Lille Quartiers Anciens,
Wattignies, Euralille and on the banks of the Deûle. Environmental and social
exemplarity is also being sought through a comprehensive sustainable design
approach that will lead to HQE Sustainable Infrastructure certification.

The successes achieved on the line, the maintenance and storage facility, and
the operating systems will enable SYSTRA to manage the entire TLC
infrastructure. At every stage of the project, and for the next ten years,
SYSTRA will be MEL’s main contact for this new line.

This is a historic success for SYSTRA in Lille, with a tramway project on a
similar scale to the Group’s largest urban projects in France, such as the
Bordeaux network. With our current projects in Marseille, Aubagne, Brest, Lyon,
Montpellier, Tours and the Paris region, SYSTRA is confirming its leadership in
the French tramway market.

SYSTRA has been present in Lille since 1975 and was instrumental in designing
the city’s metro system, the first in the world to be fully automatic. The Group
has been expanding in Lille since 2020, and now employs around fifty people
there.

SYSTRA France’s various departments carry out daily tasks on behalf of the Lille
European Metropolis (MEL), the Hauts de France Region, Eurotunnel, the Seine
Nord Europe Canal, the Port of Dunkirk, the Dourges platform, as well as SNCF
Réseau and the STIB (Brussels metro).

In early 2024, SYSTRA France was also awarded its first contract by the Société
des Grands Projets (SGP) to provide environmental engineering consultancy
services for the future Metropolitan Regional Express Service in the Lille
Metropolitan Area.
