With SYSTRA’s operational departments and in close collaboration with the
Cybersecurity and Innovation teams, he will ensure consistent answers to the
Group’s businesses requirements.

Philippe Venambre has held responsibilities in information systems for nearly 30
years, notably at Colas and Vinci Construction and most recently at Flowbird in
the area of data security for ticketing systems. He is a graduate of Télécom
Paris.

He reports to Arnaud Jeudy, Chief Finance and Administration Officer.
