Show regulars confirm that they have never seen so many visitors to InnoTrans.
Reflecting the dynamism of the public transport sector, attendance at Messe
Berlin continues unabated. And Hall 5.2, where SYTRA has set up its stand, is
welcoming a host of visitors, including clients, partners and rail industry
players, who have come to check out the latest innovations.

This year, SYSTRA has chosen to focus on two main areas: our digital engineering
support and Slab Track, our innovative low-carbon ballastless track, which
continues its promising roll-out.

### A Digital Twin Factory to bring together our digital solutions

In the field of digital engineering, we have for many years been offering our
clients cutting-edge support to help them improve the performance,
sustainability and management of their assets. Developed on the basis of use
cases, these solutions are now grouped together in the Digital Twin Factory.

InnoTrans 2024 was also an opportunity to announce a new partnership with
software specialist Eurostep, which will enhance the approach developed in the
Digital Twin Factory.

To give our visitors a first-hand experience of digital engineering and its
positive impact on railway installations, an arcade terminal was set up on the
stand as a virtual asset, attracting continuous interest throughout the show.

### Slab Track continues to develop

Unveiled at InnoTrans in 2022, Slab Track, a patented solution co-developed by
SYSTRA, is on show again this year on the stand of our new partner B-RAIL.

Since the last exhibition at InnoTrans, two experiments in real conditions were
carried out in 2023 and 2024: on the Grand Port Maritime in Marseille and on the
Swiss rail network at Vallorbe. These two applications pave the way for the
industrialisation of this innovative concept.

### Distinguished guests

On the first day of the show, Pierre Verzat and Faiçal Chaabane had the honour
of welcoming the Egyptian Minister of Industry and Transport, Kamel El-Wazir,
and the Chairman of the National Authority for Tunnels (NAT), Tarek Hamed
Gewaily.

The following day, a former French minister, Arnaud Montebourg, visited our
stand to present his Ferromobile project, in which SYSTRA France is
participating.
