SYSTRA has in-depth knowledge of each of the subsystems and interfaces that make up an overall transport system.** By analysing how subsystems interact with each other, we are able to quickly identify any potential problems that could impact the system, from the design phases through to integration, testing and commissioning. This ensures that the system meets specifications after assembly and minimises subsequent rework that could impact cost and schedule. ## A SERVICE OFFER AT EACH STAGE OF YOUR PROJECT ![](https://www.systra.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/bd_krestrm_011-682x1024.jpg) Deploying new transport systems requires advanced technical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and negotiate with a large number of stakeholders. By starting the systems integration phase at the very beginning of your project, you can reduce technical risks and better control costs and deadlines. SYSTRA supervises and ensures the complete integration of systems at every stage of the project, from design to testing and commissioning. At the start of the project, we define the functional, performance, safety, operating and maintenance objectives for all the systems. Once this stage has been completed, we duplicate the technical performance requirements for the system as a whole and for each of the subsystems. This set of requirements forms the basis of our approach to systems integration. At every stage of a project, we ensure that the original requirements are met, and that any changes are fully assessed in terms of compliance, cost and schedule. One of the major stages is the testing and commissioning phase. Our team of dedicated experts take charge of planning, directing and steering all the test procedures, taking into account: - Definition of activities from static factory tests, their sequencing and the associated schedule; - Supervision and control of the testing and commissioning phases up to client acceptance, as well as preparation for the launch of commercial operation by testing all systems (e.g. assessing the test environment, stakeholder requirements, safety). ## THEY HAVE CONFIDENCE IN US The projects we lead are always the fruit of close collaboration between our teams, our clients, and our partners.
