BG&E, acquired by SYSTRA in 2025, brings project experience spanning high-rise
residential towers, mixed-use precincts, heritage refurbishment and BTR across
Australia, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.

Among the key projects are _Bayz101_ in Dubai, a 363-metre tower; the _EQ West_ 
mixed-use development programme in Perth; and _The Bermondsey Project_ in
London, a large-scale build-to-rent scheme combining the renovation of historic
buildings with new-build construction.
