## Context

In India, SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company
operating in the fields of Metros, High Speed Rail, Railways, Roads, Buildings,
Urban planning, and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations.

We are seeking applications for the position of Urban Finance and Economy expert
for upcoming Urban building Infrastructure project.

## Missions/Main Duties

 

- Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for Urban Water Metro and
  related urban infrastructure projects.
- Assess project viability through cost-benefit analysis, economic rate of
  return (ERR), financial internal rate of return (FIRR), and sensitivity
  analysis.
- Develop financial and economic models to support project planning and
  investment decisions.
- Support structuring and implementation of PPP projects.
- Undertake financial assessment of PPP models, concession arrangements, and
  risk allocation mechanisms.
- Prepare financial reports, investment memoranda, economic assessments,
  business plans, and policy recommendations.
- Develop presentations and financial dashboards for senior management and
  stakeholders.

 

## Profile/Skills

- Postgraduate degree in MBA Finance/ Economics or equivalent degree.
- Minimum **12 years of** proven professional experience in Urban Finance/Urban
  Economics/Infrastructure Finance/Municipal Finance/Economic Development
  Planning/Financial Advisory Services.
- Experience working with; National Government Agencies/state Government
  Departments/Urban Local Bodies/Development Authorities/ Multilateral Funding
  Agencies.
- Infrastructure Development Organizations
- Experience in Indian urban infrastructure and transport projects preferred.
- International experience in infrastructure finance and economic development
  projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Indian urban infrastructure and transport projects preferred.
