We are seeking applications for the position of **K2 – Alignment Expert** for
**MML5&9**

## Missions/Main Duties

- Assists Chief Track Expert in alignment review, adjustment of alignment,
  finalization of alignment, and track works.
- Contributes to alignment design and drawing preparation.
- Supports track modelling.
- Identifies and works out bottlenecks in the alignment.

## Profile/Skills

- Education qualification – Full time Graduation or Diploma
- Years of experience – 15 Years + 5 years in metro projects for Graduates and
  18 Years + 8 years in metro projects for Diploma holders
- Prior experience requirement -15 Years + 5 years in metro projects for
  Graduates and 18 Years + 8 years in metro projects for Diploma holders
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and
  respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery
  environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability
  to influence without authority
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make
  independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
