Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Urban Planning projects across India. The position
of Team Leader/Urban Planner is the key position in these BIDs.

## Missions/Main Duties

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the GIS-based Master Plan
  project in alignment with client objectives and regulatory frameworks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of GIS analysts, urban planners, data
  scientists, and technical consultants.
- Oversee the integration of spatial data, remote sensing, and geospatial
  analysis into planning workflows.
- Ensure quality control of spatial datasets, maps, and analytical outputs.
- Liaise with government agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives
  to gather inputs and present findings.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure
  timely delivery.
- Prepare and present technical reports, visualizations, and planning documents.
- Stay updated on emerging GIS technologies and planning methodologies to
  enhance project outcomes.

## Profile/Skills

- Masters in Urban/ Regional/Infrastructure/ Transport/Housing/Environment
  Planning or equivalent with 15 years’ experience.
- He/she should have prepared at least three (03) master plans/GIS plans/ zonal
  plans/ development plans/ City Development Plan.
