# Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bilingual

## Missions/Main Duties

 

**Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bilingual**

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle
- Build strong relationships with managers: understand their hiring needs, act
  as a strategic partner, work with them to create compelling job descriptions,
  and follow up regularly
- Source talent like an in-house headhunter: identify and engage with top
  performers while providing them with a first-rate candidate experience
- Ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of candidates to present the most
  suitable profiles to managers: analyze resumes, pre-screen candidates, and
  provide support during the selection process
- Skillfully navigate talent search and talent management tools, both within and
  outside the company: LinkedIn, internal software, social media, etc.
- Negotiate and present job offers and finalize agreements with selected
  candidates, working closely with your colleagues in Human Resources

## Profile/Skills

 

- You have more than 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at
  least 3 years of recruitment experience in the rail, construction, or
  engineering sectors
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or the equivalent
- You are dynamic, creative, passionate, and solution-oriented
- With strong skills in evaluating candidates, you demonstrate excellent
  communication and negotiation skills
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office
