## Missions/Main Duties

- Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures and statutory requirements
  at Surat Metro project site
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts/conditions
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, toolbox talk records, training
  records, PPE issuance register
- Ensure compliance with Metro Rail safety guidelines, MoHUA norms, and client
  requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and safety training for workers,
  staff and subcontractors
- Promote safety culture and awareness across the site
- Coordinate with project team for timely closure of safety observations
- Check usage of PPEs and safety of tools, equipment, scaffolding, electrical
  installations
- Ensure barricading, signage, and traffic management as per site plan
- Liaise with client, PMC, and project team on all safety matters
- Participate in safety meetings and audits

## Profile/Skills

Graduate in any discipline preferably with Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety
