# Maintenance Management System (MMS) Expert, Mekkah

## Context

We are seeking an experienced _MMS Expert_ to support the
_ MMS Enhancement Project_ in Makkah, KSA. The successful candidate will be 
responsible for overseeing the enhancement, implementation, and integration of
the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to ensure alignment with project
requirements, operational needs, and industry standards.

## Missions/Main Duties

- Supervise MMS enhancement and implementation activities.
- Review contractor deliverables, designs, and technical submittals.
- Ensure MMS integration with railway systems such as _ATS, SCADA, BMS, CCTV,_ 
  and _Signaling_.
- Monitor compliance with project requirements, standards, and KSA regulations.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, operators, and project teams.
- Identify project risks, issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify system performance, reliability, and maintainability objectives.
- Prepare progress reports, technical reviews, and supervision comments.
- Provide technical guidance on EAM/CMMS best practices.

## Profile/Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, CS, or
  related); Master’s preferred.
- Minimum **10 years** progressive experience in Maintenance Management Systems
  / EAM / CMMS / Railway O&M systems.
- Minimum **5 years** direct experience on **Railway / Metro / Urban Transit**
  projects involving MMS implementation, upgrade, or revamping.
- Proven track record in **PMC / Employer’s Engineer** supervisory roles on
  rail/metro projects.
- Hands-on experience with major EAM platforms (IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM,
  IFS, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with railway systems integration (ATS, SCADA, BMS, CCTV,
  Signaling).
- Working knowledge of applicable standards: EN 50126, ISO 55001:2014, EN
  13306:2010, ISO/IEC 27000 series, ISO/IEC 29119, and KSA cybersecurity
  regulations.
- Experience in the **Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or GCC** on rail/metro projects is
  highly preferred.
- Strong command of English (written & spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
