We are seeking applications for the position **Lead Geo Technical Expert K1**
for **MML 5,9&7A.**

## Missions/Main Duties

- Assist Project Director/Dy. Project Director in interpreting geotechnical
  investigations for foundation design.
- Coordinate closely with Design Engineers to interpret geotechnical
  investigations for foundation design.
- Identify additional geotechnical investigations if required; advise on design
  changes where soil/strata differ from approved investigation-based designs.
- Conduct comprehensive review and synthesis of historical geological data,
  previous site surveys, and regional soil maps to establish project baseline.
- Oversee planning and execution of initial site-specific tests, ensuring
  high-quality data collection to validate preliminary design assumptions and
  streamline tendering.

 

## Profile/Skills

- Education qualification – Graduate (Civil/ Geotech Engineering)
- Years of experience – 25+ years with 5 years in metro projects.
- Prior experience requirement – 25+ years with 5 years in metro projects.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and
  respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery
  environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability
  to influence without authority
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make
  independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
