K2- Additonal Resident Engineer, Nagpur Metro

## Missions/Main Duties

**Resident Engineer Duties**

- Provide engineering advice to clients
- Manage a team of on-site engineers
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Oversee the construction process
- Conduct tests and inspections
- Ensure that engineering projects are completed in accordance with safety
  regulations and quality standards

## Profile/Skills

· Education qualification – B. Tech in Civil Engineering

· Years of experience – 20 Years

· Prior experience requirement – Min 10 year’s experience in metro project

· Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

· Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and
respecting differences.

· Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery
environment, applying industry best practices.

· Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability
to influence without authority · Strong leadership skills, proven ability to
lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
