# Chief resident Engineer – Lifts & Escalators – BID Position

Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling
etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief
resident Engineer – Lifts & Escalators is the key position in these BIDs

## Missions/Main Duties

- **Specification Governance:** Vetting technical standards for “Public Service”
  grade lifts/escalators designed for 20+ hours of daily continuous operation.
- **Site Leadership (CRE):** Overseeing the physical installation of trusses,
  drive units, and guide rail alignments to ensure precise mechanical
  tolerances.
- **Safety Compliance:** Ensuring all units meet global standards (
  **EN 115 / EN 81**) and local fire life safety norms (auto-homing/emergency
  stops).
- **System Integration:** Coordinating power requirements with E&M and
  integrating units with the **SCADA/Station Management System** for remote
  monitoring.
- **Testing & Commissioning:** Directing full-load tests and leading the
  technical demonstrations required for **CMRS** safety certification.
- **Lifecycle Management:** Developing long-term maintenance strategies and
  implementing energy-saving technologies like VVVF drives.

## Profile/Skills

- Graduate in relevant Engineering
- Required total 20+ years of experience
- 15+ years of experience in relevant projects.
