We are seeking applications for the position of Billing Engineer for RLDA CSMT
Project in Mumbai.

 

## Missions/Main Duties

- Prepare and process accurate invoices for clients, ensuring alignment with
  contracts, pricing, and services provided.
- Review project-related documents (e.g., contracts, work orders, change orders)
  to ensure all billing aspects are covered.
- Coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to
  track project progress and update billing details accordingly.
- Monitor billing schedules and timelines to ensure timely invoicing.
- Handle and resolve billing inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly
  and professionally.
- Conduct regular audits of billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  with internal processes and external regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing, revenue, and cost
  tracking.
- Support the implementation and improvement of billing systems and processes.
- Provide billing-related documentation and reports for senior management as
  needed.

## Profile/Skills

- Education qualification – Graduate Civil Engineer
- Years of experience – 5 to 10 Years
- Prior experience requirement – 3 years in High rise building/Commercial
  Building/Hospital building/Hotel/Data Centre/University/Station
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and
  respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery
  environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability
  to influence without authority
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make
  independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
