In India, the launch of the first line of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) in

We are seeking applications for the position of K5 Architect for Mumbai Metro
Line 5, 9 & 7A

## Missions/Main Duties

- Provide design leadership from concept development through construction and
  commissioning.
- Develop and refine architectural designs focusing on passenger flow, safety,
  and sustainability.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, urban planners, and multidisciplinary
  teams.
- Create detailed design proposals, visualizations, and technical documents.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance
  with codes and standards.
- Lead presentations and client communications to convey design intent and
  progress.
- Ensure integration of sustainable design principles and adherence to safety
  and accessibility regulations.

## Profile/Skills

- Education qualification – B. Arch
- Years of experience – 3+ Years
- Prior experience requirement – Preferably an architect experience  
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and
  respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery
  environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability
  to influence without authority
