### WHAT IS YOUR JOB?

I am a Senior Structural Engineer based in Seoul, Korea, with local and
international experience in designing and constructing viaducts for railways and
highways working on various international transportation projects and
construction consultant services at different design stages. Since 2020, I am
also working as the leader of the BIM team within SYSTRA Korea.

### WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST IN WHAT YOU DO?

I joined SYSTRA in October 2006. Starting with a six-month contract, I have been
working for sixteen years as of today! Since joining the Company, I have enjoyed
a diversified experience, being involved in railway projects in different cities
and taking on various roles including design, construction management and
project management consultancy.

### WHY SYSTRA?

SYSTRA has extended the boundaries of my world. Not only on the geographical
standpoint, but also on the personal level, by meeting and continuously learning
from people and cultures. I particularly enjoy working with multi-site/cultural
environment. SYSTRA offers me this opportunity by engaging on different projects
all over the world, which involve great colleagues and co-workers. I can see
myself growing from one project to another by communicating with people,
managing multi-disciplinary team, and learning from errors.

Finally, seeing the trains running on the viaducts and stations I have worked
on, no matter how complicated the project was, gives me a strong sense of
accomplishment and motivates me to keep working.
