The Reporting Manager’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Play a key role in the project and will be required to work very closely with the Project Director, Project Controls Manager and his team.
  • Identifying all key reporting deliverables, stakeholders and meeting governance cycle.
  • Update and publication of the Project Weekly Flash Report and Monthly Report.
  • Any other ad hoc reporting requests in order to provide transparency of project progress.
  • Ensure that the monthly Project Delivery Review cycle is properly administered.
  • Aligning with PMO to ensure that all reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently.
  • Support the facilitation of weekly/monthly meetings with management and the contractor.


The qualified professional must have:

  • At least 15 years overall experience
  • At least 5 years of similar experience
  • A B.Sc., BEng, BA or Equivalent Degree
  • Mandatory Rail Experience
  • Experience in the field of Technical Writing (i.e. Monthly Progress reports, Proposal Writing etc.)
Expérience: 15 to 18 years
