Mission

MISSIONS

In the context of a continuous and sustainable growth, as well as of a strong international development, Systra is creating the position of Head of Contract Management for the Group. 

Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Division, your main missions will be the following:

Define and implement the Group’s Contract management referential across the organization

  • Drive the change within the organization and develop the Contract manager’s community in order to set up a “One voice” approach.

In addition, with the support of two Senior Contract Managers, at a corporate level, you will be in charge of: 

  • Supporting projects in collaboration with the Group’s General Council on contractual or claim issues whether on call by Region Management or request from the Project Management Division
  • Deploying contract management referential/guidelines within Region together with the Project Deployment Manager and the General Council representatives.

 Nevertheless, the responsibilities taken on by the Head of Contract Management are not limited to the ones presented hereinabove.

Profile

  • Engineering background preferably in transportation business, or infrastructure business with expertise in planning and critical path management, cost scheduling, contract/claim management, etc.  
  • Assertive, charismatic character: the position will require an outstanding ability to train people and share in his expertise in a user friendly manner; proactive, hands-on, persuasive: the position will require an ability to anticipate and to take on some of the most critical claims of the Regions from or against Systra in support of local contract managers, when any, and add expertise value to contract and claim management and contribute thereby to the Region’s bottom line.      
  • Complete fluency in English written and oral language
  • A working knowledge of the French language would be a plus.
Expérience: 12 to 15 years
Education: Master's Degree in Engineering
