Any engagement will be subject to successful project award and final client approval.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>In compliance with local nationalisation policy and applicable government regulations, this position is reserved for candidates holding a valid&nbsp;Saudi National ID.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">The Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder management strategies to support project delivery, maintain effective engagement with key parties, and ensure alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations. The role will require close coordination with the client, government and regulatory entities, contractors, consultants, operators, utility providers, and other external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">This position is well suited to a candidate with extensive experience in large-scale rail, transport, or infrastructure projects, particularly within a PMC or consultancy environment, and with a sound understanding of the regulatory and stakeholder landscape in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">The successful candidate will lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of stakeholder management processes across the project lifecycle.
