Transit project in Ontario.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the implementation and management of risk management services per the mission and goals of projects and programs from inception through to completion<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that work is fully supported from a consulting standpoint in an integrated, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner<\/li>\n<li>Finalize the budget and operating or delivery plan for the risk management services in consultation with the project or program team and client<\/li>\n<li>Provide the final review and approval of the completed material planning to successfully deliver risk management services<\/li>\n<li>Review changes and interventions to ensure risk management service goals are achieved on the project or program<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate various project focus or function meetings with a spotlight on service initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Set and interpret service expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture with an openness to constructive challenge, continuous improvement, implementation of lessons learned, and an overall &lsquo;right-first-time&rdquo; mindset<\/li>\n<li>Reinforce acceptable standards of workmanship through every stage of the project<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and guide clear and focused staff performance objectives (including noncompany resources) to ensure excellence in results<\/li>\n<li>Promote a project environment that is inclusive, and diverse and celebrates our differences&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Clarify internal quality control check and resolve quality issues for the project&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare procedures and work instructions and ensure that all program team members&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the risk management plan, procedures, and requirements of the assigned scope of work&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Develop risk breakdown structure aligned with project WBS and CBS&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare risk training materials and train the project team on the principles of risk<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate risk registers at the project and program level, ensuring quality standards are met&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using Risk Management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Risk, etc.) and provide the interpretation of results (e.g. Distribution S Curve Graph, Sensitivity Analysis Tornado Chart and Deep Dive Schedule Logic)<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with risk owners to ensure the mitigation actions are on track, including escalation where required<\/li>\n<li>Review contractor progress reports and identify the risks impacting project cost and schedule and reflect them in the risk register<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with scheduling to prepare a high-level schedule (or assess detailed schedules) to be used for quantitative schedule risk analysis and define the link between risks, duration uncertainties, and schedule activities<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with cost to monitor project contingency utilization and alignment with cost risk exposures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 years of experience in Risk Management<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Holding recognized certifications including Risk Management Professional (RMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP)<\/li>\n<li>Experience of effective risk leadership on complex construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">Annual Base Salary Range &#8211; $95,000 &#8211; $105,000<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">The salary range provided below serves as a general guideline and reflects typical offers for this position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">It is not intended as a strict range;
