With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">MEP Quantity Surveyor -Senior<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Handles advanced responsibilities related to commercial management of MEP works for construction projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">The role involves quantity surveying tasks such as take-off, interim payments, and variation assessments while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and supporting Quantity surveying engineer staff within a project-based setup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Key Accountabilities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP Works in accordance with drawings and specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Preparing the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">preparing Payment interim for MEP Works and commercial documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Preparing Variation assessments and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Guide and mentor MEP Quantity surveying engineers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">12-15 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying in construction projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of MEP systems, specifications, and construction methodologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of contract administration (especially FIDIC), and local codes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Good command of English.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Workplace Type<\/h2>\n<p>..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SYSTRA is one of the world&#8217;s leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.
