For der er mange fordele ved denne transportform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00e6lder ikke kun for gods, der skal transporteres langt. For alle typer af gods, der kan pakkes i containere \u2013 dvs. stort set alle typer af gods \u2013 alt lige fra f\u00f8devarer og non-food varer i detailhandlen til byggematerialer og biomasse har banetransport et stort potentiale som en effektiv, \u00f8konomisk og milj\u00f8rigtig transportl\u00f8sning i kombination med enten vej- eller skibstransport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Udfordringen i dag er, at der ikke findes nogen \u201dpakkel\u00f8sninger\u201d for godstransport via banen, og derved g\u00e5r virksomheder glip af et stort potentiale for mere optimal transport. Der er brug for s\u00e5kaldt intermodal godstransport, dvs. l\u00f8sninger, hvor man bruger de enkelte transportformer \u2013 bane, vej og s\u00f8fart \u2013 optimalt og i kombination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-brug-for-bedre-samarbejde-om-transport\">Brug for bedre samarbejde om transport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har i SYSTRA (dengang Atkins Danmark) for nylig bl.a. f\u00e6rdiggjort en unders\u00f8gelse om kombineret transport \u2013 med banetransport som en del af transportmixet \u2013 under det s\u00e5kaldte COMBINE-projekt, der finansieres af midler fra Den Europ\u00e6iske Fond for Regionaludvikling via Interreg Baltic Sea Region programmet. Blandt partnerne i COMBINE er bl.a. Vejdirektoratet og Trafik-, Bygge- og Boligstyrelsen i Danmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r vi taler om transportl\u00f8sninger, handler det ofte om behovet for at udbygge infrastrukturen. Den nye unders\u00f8gelse viser imidlertid, at god infrastruktur ikke er en l\u00f8sning i sig selv; det handler i h\u00f8j grad om at styrke samarbejdet mellem producenter, transport\u00f8rer, spedit\u00f8rer og jernbaneoperat\u00f8rer, hvis man skal indfri potentialet i banetransport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fx har et fors\u00f8g med godstransport fra den svenske byggevarek\u00e6de Jula vist, at kombinerede transportl\u00f8sninger kan blive kosteffektive ved hj\u00e6lp af et t\u00e6t samarbejde mellem de forskellige involverede partnere og interessenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tog-og-ekstra-lange-lastbiler\">Tog og ekstra lange lastbiler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jula har et m\u00e5l om at v\u00e6re klimaneutral inden 2030, og transport til k\u00e6dens 54 butikker skal v\u00e6re 100 pct. fossilfrie inden 2025. Jula arbejder med mange forskellige l\u00f8sninger for at n\u00e5 dette, bl.a. brug af ekstra h\u00f8je paller, brug af egen jernbanel\u00f8sning, effektiv vejtransport og egen overs\u00f8isk transport, der anvender teknologi til at sikre et lavere br\u00e6ndstofforbrug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Virksomheden har ogs\u00e5 taget nye kombinationsl\u00f8sninger i brug. Fx k\u00f8rer containere i dag de ca. 125 km fra G\u00f8teborg Havn til Falk\u00f6ping med jernbane, hvortil de tidligere blev k\u00f8rt med lastbiler. Derfra transporteres containerne, med s\u00e6rlig tilladelse, p\u00e5 ekstra lange lastbiler til Julas centrallager i Skara. Eksemplet viser, at banen ogs\u00e5 kan bruges p\u00e5 meget korte distancer \u2013 det g\u00e6lder blot om at have et gennemarbejdet samarbejdskoncept p\u00e5 plads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Julas fokus p\u00e5 hele transportk\u00e6den har f\u00f8rt til en mere effektiv og milj\u00f8rigtig transport. P\u00e5 \u00e5rsbasis resulterer fx deres nye kombinationsl\u00f8sning, der inkluderer bane- og vejtransport, i en \u00e5rlig reduktion p\u00e5 ca. 6.000 lastbiltransporter mellem G\u00f6teborg og centrallageret i Skara. Der er endda ogs\u00e5 mulighed for kontinuerligt at forbedre l\u00f8sningen yderligere i samarbejde mellem de involvererede parter. Dette kan eksempelvis ske gennem bedre udnyttelse af materiel og ressourcer, der ellers bare st\u00e5r stille mv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-palidelig-og-kosteffektiv-men-terminaldelen-skal-forbedres\">P\u00e5lidelig og kosteffektiv \u2013 men terminaldelen skal forbedres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Banetransport, som en del af en kombineret transportl\u00f8sning, har mange fordele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Banen er i mange tilf\u00e6lde billigere, og med den stigende elektrificering af jernbanen i Danmark og det \u00f8vrige Europa, bliver transport via jernbanen endnu mere milj\u00f8venlig. Det vil ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re nyttigt for at reducere tr\u00e6ngslen p\u00e5 vejene, for selvom det prim\u00e6rt er personbilerne, der skaber tr\u00e6ngslen, vil det naturligvis v\u00e6re nyttigt af f\u00e5 nogle af lastbilerne v\u00e6k fra vejene. Og modsat hvad mange t\u00e6nker, s\u00e5 er godstransport via banen meget p\u00e5lideligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Udfordringen for banen er is\u00e6r at opn\u00e5 samme hastighed som for vejtransport, og det er bl.a. p\u00e5 terminaldelen, der er brug for at s\u00e6tte ind. Gods m\u00e5 ikke ankomme til en terminal, der ikke er i drift p\u00e5 det tidspunkt, fx om natten, s\u00e5 godset strander der indtil n\u00e6ste dag. Det er der brug for at finde l\u00f8sninger for. Der er i det hele taget behov for, at de forskellige parter i v\u00e6rdik\u00e6den s\u00e6tter sig sammen og i f\u00e6llesskab udvikler gode l\u00f8sninger, der kan fremme godstransport via jernbanen, s\u00e5 man kan udnytte jernbanens mange fordele til mere godstransport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mere-fokus-pa-gronnere-godstransport-i-danmark-i-danmark-fremad-efterlyses\">Mere fokus p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nnere godstransport i Danmark i Danmark Fremad efterlyses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Senest har Regeringen med udspillet til en ny infrastrukturplan frem til 2035 \u2013 Danmark fremad \u2013 fremf\u00f8rt en r\u00e6kke tiltag, som un\u00e6gtelig ogs\u00e5 vil gavne godstransport p\u00e5 banen. Med et fokus p\u00e5 den kommende Femernkorridor og dermed transittrafikken efterlyses dog stadig et svar p\u00e5, hvordan vi kan g\u00f8re godstransporten gr\u00f8nnere i Danmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Det bliver derfor sp\u00e6ndende at se, hvad nye st\u00f8rre sats for mere gods p\u00e5 banen i andre lande, som f.eks. senest i Tyskland, vil f\u00f8re til. Her har man ikke blot indrettet en ny megahub ved Hannover, men samtidig ogs\u00e5 indrettet infrastrukturen, s\u00e5 der kan oml\u00e6sses direkte mellem togene for at spare omkostninger og g\u00f8re kombineret transport mere fleksibel. Det er med andre ord muligt at gent\u00e6nke en s\u00e5 etableret en transportform som banegods!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jernbanetransport er mere gr\u00f8n, komfortabel og sikker \u2013 og den vil spille en central rolle i EU\u2019s bestr\u00e6belser p\u00e5 at opn\u00e5 klimaneutralitet senest i 2050. Derfor har EU besluttet at g\u00f8re 2021 til \u2018Det europ\u00e6iske \u00e5r for jernbanetransport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I SYSTRA benytter vi lejligheden til at fremh\u00e6ve nogle af de mange store fremskridt, der i disse \u00e5r sker p\u00e5 jernbanen \u2013 og hvordan vi ser fremtiden for den skinneb\u00e5rne trafik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Om COMBINE-projektet:<br>COMBINE-projektet har til form\u00e5l at \u00f8ge andelen af kombineret transport i \u00d8sters\u00f8regionen for at g\u00f8re transporten mere effektiv og milj\u00f8venlig.
