She brings solid experience from Banedanmark, where she has served both as a project manager and as the leader of a team of project managers on politically prioritized projects in the early phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond project management, Julie has contributed to developing project frameworks and collaboration models with a focus on clear roles, robust decision processes, and a close linkage between disciplines, finances, and risks. This combination of leadership expertise and understanding of technical and organizational interdependencies makes her particularly strong in early, complex phases\u2014precisely where direction and quality are established.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile has-griplusclair-background-color has-background\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 30%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We are delighted to welcome Julie to Rail.
