Ved anl\u00e6gsarbejder kan det nemlig v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt at indskr\u00e6nke trafikken eller helt at lukke f\u00e6rdsels\u00e5re Det er ofte sv\u00e6rt og omkostningstungt at pr\u00e6diktere konsekvenserne. Hvordan kan den daglige trafik reduceres eller ledes udenom?
