SYSTRA is part of a strong partnership together with MT H\u00f8jgaard Denmark (design and build contractor), Artelia, Holm &amp; Grut Architects, M.J. Eriksson, Siemens, and Thing Brandt Landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is divided into two main phases, and SYSTRA is involved from start to finish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2025\u20132028:<\/strong> The design phase, involving close collaboration among all parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2028\u20132031:<\/strong> The construction phase, leading up to completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The new depot area includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 25,000 sqm workshop hall for the maintenance and operation of driverless S-trains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approximately 14 km of track laid with overhead power supply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 connection tracks to the main line, including an underpass beneath the future motorway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive civil works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is located in the northern part of Vinge, east of the future motorway, with direct connection to the S-train network and Vinge Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-systra-s-role\">SYSTRA&#8217;s role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>SYSTRA provides consulting and detailed design services for railway engineering and infrastructure solutions that support DSB\u2019s ambitions for sustainable and efficient train operations, with a special focus on driverless systems. Our services include, among others, track design, equipotential bonding, local interlocking systems, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element has-griplusclair-background-color has-background\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 37%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We look forward to a close collaboration with DSB, MT H\u00f8jgaard Danmark, Artelia, and our other partners on the Vinge project. At the same time, SYSTRA\u2014together with COWI and Parsons in a joint venture\u2014is working to prepare the full automation of the S-train network for driverless S-trains.
