_MIPIM Asia Awards Gala Dinner was held on 6 December 2023. SYSTRA Hong Kong, as the Lead Traffic Consultant, led by the Architect, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, was awarded with Gold Award – Best New Mega Development for the project Hangzhou Westlake 66._

Westlake 66 is nestled at the heart of the Hangzhou CBD, a central business
district that will comprise a 100,000 m^(2) of prestigious retail space, five
Grade A office towers and a luxury hotel. The project is scheduled for
completion in phases from 2024.

The project consists of a total gross floor area of 290,000 m^(2 )and it was
recognized for its role in reinvigorating a deteriorated neighbourhood,
transforming it into a new hub for technology startups and young professionals,
which included retail, office, hotel, and relics with earning Gold in the Best
New Mega Development category.

**SYSTRA Hong Kong Celebrates Excellence and Innovation with the MIPIM Asia Awards**

SYSTRA Hong Kong, the leading traffic consultant, was part of the project team
that responsible for access arrangement, parking requirement, internal traffic
such as loading and unloading requirement, drop off area, internal traffic sign
and road marking as well as reviewing the Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA)
report.

**Key Scope and Solutions:**

- Provide professional traffic advice on proposed schemes
- Develop and enhance the connectivity, car park arrangement, delivery strategy
  etc.
- Ensure the traffic arrangement is able to satisfy both users and operators
