The new port will be a multi-modal transport interchange, connecting intercity
rail, metro lines, and cross-border transit.

It adopts a vertical stacking layout to maximize space and integrate seamlessly
with surrounding green corridors.

Major challenges for transport planning were the integration of cross-border /
local traffic; and restricted area of the two local governments / free area. A
highly effective system is essential for this facility with 200,000 passenger
trips per day.
