Our history makes us a unique O&M-oriented transport engineering company.

Originated from subsidiaries of the two main urban rail and railways operators
in France, our company has always been capitalizing on these inherited skills to
think as an Operator when engaging in system engineering projects.

**O&M ENGINEERING**

- We leverage on our pool of O&M-backgrounded experts to refine Operator’s
  objectives at design stage and turn them into system-level and subsystem-level
  requirements. With or without the future operator involved at these project
  stages, we derive cost estimates and essential tender requirements to ensure
  the future performance of the transportation network.

**OPERATION READINESS**

- During the project execution, we put ourselves in the shoes of your future
  operator to assess the contractor’s delivery from an O&M perspective, prepare
  documentation, trainings and manage Trial Runs to support the revenue service
  start and ramp-up.

**ASSET MANAGEMENT**

- We help you maximize the value of your transportation system by optimizing its
  lifecycle cost in design, identify and implement digital solutions for smart
  maintenance of rail systems.
