Office Manager\/Facilities Lead – Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n · Serve as the primary point of contact for all office operations across the 16th,17th and 18th floors.<\/p>\n · Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities, including maintenance requests, repairs, and follow-up with property management and vendors.<\/p>\n · Manage office space planning, workstation assignments, employee moves, and seating arrangements.<\/p>\n · Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup, access cards, office equipment, and orientation support.<\/p>\n · Oversee office supplies, kitchen services, and common area requirements, ensuring offices remain fully stocked and functional.<\/p>\n · Manage building access requests, visitor registration, parking assignments, and security-related coordination.<\/p>\n · Coordinate vendor services, including cleaning, catering, courier services, and office service providers.<\/p>\n · Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, town halls, and employee engagement activities.<\/p>\n · Maintain operational records, office procedures, floor plans, and key contact lists.<\/p>\n · Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, employee experience, and overall office operations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Salary Range – CAD 60,000 – CAD 100,000<\/p>\n<\/p>\n SYSTRA Canada is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
