With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">SYSTRA is the Lead Consultant for the HSR project between Ho Chi Minh City and Can Gio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">The Operation &amp; Maintenance Engineer will support the Operation &amp; Maintenance Expert (International) in all technical activities of the Lead Consultant related to Operation &amp; Maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Review all Operation &amp; Maintenance readiness activities carried out by the Shadow Operator, Railway Systems supplier and other project stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Review design and construction documents to ensure that O&amp;M requirements are properly considered and complied with.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Review the O&amp;M Plan, O&amp;M Readiness documentation and other documents prepared by the Shadow Operator.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Prepare Lead Consultant deliverables and reports related to Operation &amp; Maintenance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Coordinate closely with VSP, SGC system teams, contractors, the Shadow Operator, ICE, ISA and other consultants on O&amp;M matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Participate actively in O&amp;M meetings and activities, and contribute to the Risk Register.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Coordinate with Civil, Track and Railway Systems disciplines whenever O&amp;M requirements are involved.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Contribute to Interface Management and related meetings where O&amp;M aspects are concerned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Contribute to the Safety Case and other safety-related activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Carry out design reviews when required, prepare Review Comment Sheets (RCS) and provide technical comments, particularly on RAM performance and efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Monitor and update O&amp;M-related RCS issued by the Lead Consultant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Contribute to the development and update of operational plans, including Operation and Maintenance Plans, and ensure that the related processes are followed by contractors and designers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Support Lead Consultant construction supervision activities related to Operation Transition Management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Organize and participate in O&amp;M-related design and construction meetings, prepare MoM and follow up action plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Contribute to project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the O&amp;M-related risk register.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Perform any other O&amp;M-related task as instructed by the Project Director.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Times New Roman&#039;,serif\">Good experience in railway Operation &amp;
