With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">SYSTRA is the Lead Consultant for the HSR project between Ho Chi Minh City and Can Gio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">The Station Structural Expert &ndash; Elevated will support the Civil and Trackwork Manager (International) in all technical activities of the Lead Consultant related to elevated station structures and depot building structures, from design through construction.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Coordinate the review of civil and structural design related to elevated stations and depot buildings, including geotechnical and structural aspects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Carry out design reviews when required, prepare Review Comment Sheets (RCS) and provide technical comments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Monitor and update the list of RCS issued by the Lead Consultant and follow up the issuance of design packages to ensure reviews are completed on time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Coordinate with VSP, SGC, contractors and designers to resolve design review issues and support the issuance of SONO.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Contribute to the update and finalization of the Design Management Plan and monitor compliance with the defined design management processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Liaise with the external ICE when required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Support Lead Consultant construction supervision activities, including site audits, hold points and resolution of site issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Review construction documentation, including method statements, ITPs and review forms, and monitor compliance with the Construction Management Plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Report any non-compliance with construction management or HSE processes to the relevant stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Organize and participate in design and construction meetings with the client, contractors and designers, prepare MoM and follow up action plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Contribute to overall project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the risk register.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Strong experience in structural design review and construction supervision for elevated stations and building structures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Good knowledge of concrete and steel structures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Experience in reviewing technical and construction documentation and supporting the resolution of site issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, designers and other project stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Workplace Type<\/h2>\n<p>On-site<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SYSTRA is one of the world&#8217;s leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.
