With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">The System Integration Engineer \/ Deputy Railway System Manager will support and act as Deputy to the Railway System Manager (International), contributing to all technical activities of the Lead Consultant related to Railway Systems and Rolling Stock.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Manage and coordinate the activities of local Railway Systems experts within the LC team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Lead System Integration activities, including coordination and review of scopes, specifications and interfaces between contractors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Review System Integration documentation and contribute to the preparation and finalization of the Integration Plan and Interface Register.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Coordinate with VSP, SGC, contractors, designers and other consultants on System Integration and Railway Systems matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Carry out design reviews, prepare and follow up RCS, and monitor the timely issuance of design packages and review comments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Support the Design Management process, including updates to the Design Management Plan, and ensure that contractors and designers follow the defined processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Liaise with external stakeholders such as ICE, ISA and the Shadow Operator.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Support construction supervision activities, including installation, testing, T&amp;C, site audits, hold points and resolution of site issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Review construction documentation, including method statements, ITPs and review forms, and monitor compliance with the Construction Management Plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Report any non-compliance with design, construction or HSE processes to the relevant stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Organize and participate in design and construction meetings with the client, contractors and designers, prepare MoM and follow up action plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Contribute to project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the risk register.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Systems, Railway Engineering or a related technical field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Strong experience in Railway Systems and System Integration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Good experience in design review and technical coordination.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.0pt;font-family: &#039;Verdana&#039;,sans-serif\">Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, designers and other project stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Workplace Type<\/h2>\n<p>On-site<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SYSTRA is one of the world&#8217;s leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.
