With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Aptos&#039;,sans-serif\">The position is responsible for the design, development, and execution of Electrical systems, specifically Power System (HV,MV,LV), Lighting, Small power, &amp; ELV systems; entails full-cycle engineering from conceptual design and calculation to project coordination, specification preparation, construction support, and commissioning. The position will also provide Electrical support for sustainable railway and infrastructure efforts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Design, analyze, and optimize Electrical Systems &amp; ELV System for commercial, industrial, infrastructures, and railway projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Perform a variety of design and calculation activities to ensure that electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards, from load assessments to system reliability analyses. Design &amp; calculation includes but not limited to load calculations, voltage drop, cables sizing, containment sizing, lighting lux calculation, short circuits analyses, distribution system layout, load flow analysis, earthing &amp; grounding calculation, and all other calculation to complete the system and as required of the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Perform a variety of design and calculation for ELV System such as Fire Alarm System, BMS, Access control system, and all other ELV system as required of the Project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Prepare and annotate drawing mark-ups to serve as guide for drafters. Supervise and coordinate the work of drafters, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Conduct quality assurance and quality control review to maintain high standards in all drafted outputs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Ensure that the design process, QA\/QC works, calculation, iterations, and test analytics are documented and saved in the SPI server\/specific project drive. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Ensure compliance with Philippine National Standards (PNS), Philippine Electrical Code, NEC, IEEE Standards, Fire Code of the Philippines, NFPA, and relevant local regulations and international standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">As necessary\/required in the project: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .75in\"><span style=\"color: black\">perform site surveys, existing facility assessments, and feasibility studies for renovation, rehabilitation, and new projects. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .75in\"><span style=\"color: black\">review and recommend approval of vendor submittals, technical proposals, and test reports, ensuring quality and compliance. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .75in\"><span style=\"color: black\">provide construction\/technical support, including RFIs, submittal reviews, design specifications documents, and operational manuals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Initiate sharing of industry best practices to guide junior engineers and designers<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and coordinate with internal &amp; external project teams to ensure seamless integration of Electrical &amp; ELV systems into overall design.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time upon receiving clear instructions from the MEPF Manager \/ Team Lead \/ Senior Engineer as required by SPI Projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<li>PEE or Master&rsquo;s degree is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Minimum five (5) years as a Electrical Design Engineer using design and calculation software<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black\">Proficient with engineering design programs such as ETAP, DiAlux, &amp; other related Electrical system software.
