The role focuses on preparing consistent drawing packages across multiple locations while adapting corridor-wide standards to site-specific conditions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce the full&nbsp;architectural documentation set.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare&nbsp;floor plans, sections, elevations, flooring and finish layouts, finish schedules, architectural details, inclusive route plans, egress plans, and wayfinding\/signage layouts and schedules&nbsp;across stops.<\/li>\n<li>Develop&nbsp;typical architectural floor plans, exterior elevations and sections, site plans, and screening drawings&nbsp;across sites.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of the&nbsp;building typical 3D model.<\/li>\n<li>Work from&nbsp;corridor-wide typicals&nbsp;and adapt them for each location while maintaining consistency across the drawing set between stops.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the&nbsp;architectural Revit model.<\/li>\n<li>Support&nbsp;clash detection and federation.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate review comments from the&nbsp;Architecture Lead&nbsp;and reissue deliverables at each milestone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or diploma&nbsp;in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum&nbsp;5 years of experience&nbsp;producing architectural documentation for&nbsp;transit, institutional, or public buildings.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in&nbsp;Revit, including families, sheets, schedules, view templates, and drawing set management.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of&nbsp;AODA&nbsp;and&nbsp;CSA B651&nbsp;as they apply to platform circulation, tactile indicators, and accessible routes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work from&nbsp;typical details&nbsp;and adapt them across multiple near-identical locations.<\/li>\n<li>Architectural Technologist diploma,&nbsp;OAA intern status, or equivalent is considered an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">SYSTRA Canada is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
